Dear Securitas Nuclear Security Police Professional

Sign the Petition:
Tell Representative McIntyre to Co-Sponsor the
Employee Free Choice Act

All workers should have the freedom to choose for themselves whether to
join a union so they can bargain with their employers for better wages and
benefits. It’s the best economic opportunity we have. But Representative
McIntyre has not supported legislation to restore workers’ freedom to form
unions and bargain. Please sign the petition now urging Representative
McIntyre to co-sponsor the Employee Free Choice Act.

The National Labor Relations Board is an independent federal agency created by Congress in 1935 to administer the National Labor Relations Act, the primary law governing relations between unions and employers in the private sector.

The statute guarantees the right of employees to organize and to bargain collectively with their employers, and to engage in other protected concerted activity with or without a union, or to refrain from all such activity.
